Gresham Mill (aka Sixes Mill) in Holly Springs, Georgia

About a half a mile from exit 11 on I-575 in Holly Springs, this old mill is the last remnants of a old miner settlement from the 1820's gold boom in Georgia. This mill somehow survived the Civil War and was renovated in the 1880's and has been the same since then and is in amazing condition for it's age. It is on private property, so viewing can only be accomplished from the roadside.
