1950's International Harvester Pickup Truck

On the way to Starr's Mill in Fayetteville, Georgia, I happened to come across this 1950's era International Harvester Pickup Truck. The odd part is it is place in a roundabout in a shopping plaza. Who knows the history of this car, but I am sure this not where it's home was originally.
